The sound is really nice compaired to others in its class. Its bright, yet supple, and the sustain is much better than the undermodel C-40. The cost difference is equitable. It sounds clean with fingers or a thin nylon pick. With a standard light pick it sounds too thin. The Guitar was tuned when I first picked it off the rack and so far has needed no adjustment at all.

The sound blew my head off in a rather gentle way…

Dark but silky. Suits my fingerpicking style fine. Strumming the low, high and mid frequencies are just so perfectly balanced. This is my favourite guitar I have ever played simply for the strumming sound I want that I haven’t got out of any other guitar.
